MMUA has issued extensive explanatory notes regarding this service — if as a member you have not seen that material we suggest you access it from the person within your organisation who has principal responsibility for its membership of Major Mail Users of Australia Limited — only in that way will you get the best benefits from this excellent service which links you direct to the Australia Post AMAS Help Desk. TAKE CARE WHEN ENTERING YOUR COMPANY/ORGANISATION'S NAME - like all computerised systems this one will only recognise the precise details you enter thus if your organisation uses sometimes an acronym and sometimes the full company name and sometimes and abbreviated version of the full name and sometimes P/L instead of Pty Ltd - and so on - whatever version of your organisation's name you enter will be the ONLY one this system will allow you to check entries already in place for your organisation.
